29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i):Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: Employees engaged in manufacturing operations located at 84504 North State Highway 11, Burwell, Nebraska 68823 were exposed to electrical hazards in that employees were turning the lights on/off, before and after their work shift, on a switch that had a damaged face plate and was exposing energized components of 120 volts. The light switch in question was mounted on the wall next to the TRM 20 machine. This was most recently documented on or about April 10th, 2024.
