29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a.) PJ Murphy Forest Products Corp ,office door - on or about 03/12/24 and times prior thereto: The area in front of 480v electrical panel box and a disconnect was being used for storage. A hand jack and insulation were stored within 2 feet of both the electrical panel and disconnect. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
