29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a) Warehouse: On or about November 20, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training in the safe use of portable ladders to access an upper landing surface was not provided to employees engaged in roofing and framing activities. b) Warehouse: On or about January 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that training in the safe use of portable ladders to access an upper landing surface was not provided to employees engaged in roofing and framing activities.
