29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points. a) 1204 E. 12th St., Wilmington, DE 19802 (Building #4): On or about August 3, 2023, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when an extension cord (orange flexible cord) used to service a 120 V portable air conditioner was draped across a bathroom doorway and run beneath the door molding where nails and other protrusions could potentially scrape the outer jacket damaging the flexible cord.
