29 CFR 1910.217(c)(2)(i)(a): Point of operation guard(s) on mechanical power press(es) did not prevent entry of hands or fingers into the point of operation by reaching through, over, under or around the guard(s): On or about October 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a part revolution clutch Stamtec Model G1-6-H 60-ton (Serial 332) mechanical power press on the RF19 line was adequately guarded. The moveable plastic shield that was used as guarding did not prevent employees from reaching around the guard to reach the point of operation. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
