29 CFR 1917.45(f)(9): Live parts of electrical equipment on cranes or derricks were not located or enclosed so as to prevent accidental contact. a) Port of Wilmington, Wharf Area, at Berth-1 (Crane C-4) in Wilmington, DE 19801: On or about January 5, 2023, employees worked on crane C-4 with exposed wiring and the knockout cover was missing exposing employees to the energized busbar in both panels of the mechanical room exposing them to potential shock, electrocution, or burn hazards.
