29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: a) Wheels America located at 777 W. Providence Rd. Lansdowne, PA: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure live parts of electrical equipment were guarded against accidental contact. Employees were required to enter an electrical cabinet rated at approximately 480 to turn on and off the oven system, thereby exposing employees to electrical hazards.
