North Building, Press #3 Cutting Area: On, or about, November 1, 2022, the plexiglass guard provided on the Sheet Off machine was broken, exposing the cutting blade. B. South Building, Yoga Area: On, or about, November 1, 2022, the safeguarding provided on the Rosenthal sheeter, serial number 80709 allow access to the in-feed section of the machine as well as the cutting section of the machine.
