29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Wheelhouse - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a chair, desk, printer, and cardboard boxes were stored had in front of the wheelhouse breaker panel box containing fuses, marked "wheelhouse fuse box" and a circuit break panel for flood lighting, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) Laundry Room - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior there, a washing machine with bags of clothing had been placed in front of a panel containing breakers for the washer, heater, and dryers, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. c) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, and times prior thereto, a metal pan and plastic containers were placed and stored in front of the 120/240V panel marked CB-1 and the 480V panel marked Factory, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
