29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard a) Fabrication Welding area: A light attached to the Sears 3/4 H.P. bench grinder was not provided with a guard to protect it from accidental contact or breakage, observed on or about 6/9/22. b) Machine shop: A light attached to the Lagun Republic milling machine was not provided with a guard to protect it from accidental contact or breakage, observed on or about 6/9/22. c) Machine shop: A light attached to the Bridgeport milling machine was not provided with a guard to protect it from accidental contact or breakage, observed on or about 6/9/22. d) Machine shop: A light attached to the Alliance milling machine was not provided with a guard to protect it from accidental contact or breakage, observed on or about 6/9/22.
