29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about May 18, 2022, at the back side of the shop next to CNC machine with carbon filter, employees utilized relocatable power taps that were connected in series (daisy chained) to power shop equipment: a) Near the carbon filter CNC machine, employees connected and utilized daisy chains to connect power pools. b) Near the back workbench, employees connected and utilized daisy chains to connect power tools and charging stations. c) Near the front workbench, employees connected and utilized daisy chains to connect a table saw, power tools, and charging stations.
