29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a) Lot 79 Sophie Dr, Frankford, De 19945 (Northside): On or about November 8, 2021, the employer failed to provide training on proper ladder use. Employees had erected a improperly setup ladder for access to the second level for use while conducting framing activities approximately 12 feet above grade by counting ladder rungs.
