29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Employees engaged in production activities were exposed to electrical shock and fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure that circuit breakers panels were labeled in the following instances: 1) At the Saw house 7 out of 7 unlabeled breakers 2) At the Baby PrePlate Area 4 out of 5 unlabeled breakers
