29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii)(d):Pendant control stations were not kept clean, and/or their function labels were not kept legible: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) UTCRAS, Wheel Shop 2, Building C: On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that overhead pendant buttons had legible labels. Employees use crane to move heavy materials, thus exposing them to struck-by hazards and crushing injuries when using pendant controls without clearly labeled functions.
