29 CFR 1910.242(b):Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: At a worksite located at 2221 N Belcrest Ave Springfield, MO: Employees were exposed to struck-by and injection hazards. This was demonstrated on or about March 18, 2021, and at times prior to when an employee was observed using compressed air to clean off metal shavings from a part. This created a hazard as the compressed air was measured to be over 70 p.s.i.
