29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(21): Employees were not grasping the ladder with at least one hand when progressing up and/or down the ladder: a- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: On or about 10/20/2020 an employee was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, when carrying sheets of plywood up an aluminum extension ladder while not grasping the ladder with at least one hand. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
