29 CFR 1926.1211(a)(2): A prospective rescue service's ability was not evaluated, in terms of proficiency with rescue-related tasks and equipment, to function appropriately while rescuing entrants from the particular permit space or types of permit spaces identified: a) Standard Pipe Services, LLC temporary site located at 111 Forge Ct, Malvern, PA 19355: The employer instructed employees to contact 911 in the event of an emergency without verifying the local fire department was capable of performing a permit-required confined space rescue. Employees were required to enter storm sewer pipes. The condition was noted on or about September 17, 2020.
