29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Manufacturing Warehouse - On or about August 14, 2020 an extension cord was being used for approximately six months to supply power to a power strip next to the mixer, exposing employees to electrical shock or fires. (b) Shipping Warehouse - On or about October 15, 2020 an extension cord, with its outer insulation damaged, was being used to power a scale in the shipping warehouse, exposing employees to electrical shock.
