29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Saw Mill, Twin Saw MCC panel; On or about May 28, 2020 and at times prior to the employer allowed an employee to work in 480 volt three phase electrical panels without first providing training on electrically safe work practices exposing that employee to electrocution hazards.
