On or about January 30, 2020, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a Metal Muncher with a press brake attachment without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. b. On or about January 30, 2020, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a Vartek press brake without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation. c. On or about January 30, 2020, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a Masteel press brake without a guard to protect employees from the point of operation.
