Building 13026, Maintenance Shop, Center Aisle way: The electrical transfer box cover was open and not secured to the box housing showing exposed wiring. Employees continuously work in this area servicing vehicles and continuously throughout the day pass the electrical fixture. Employees are exposed to electrical hazards.
