29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Whenever outside servicing personnel are to be engaged in activities covered by the scope and application of this standard, the on-site employer shall inform each other of their respective lockout-tagout procedures. On or about March 4, 2019, and at a time prior thereto at the tank battery train #7, employer did not ensure that on-site employer and contracted employees informed each other of their lockout-tagout procedures.
