Slicing Area: On, or about, January 31, 2019, the ground pin was missing from the plug on the Avery Weigh Tronix ZQ375 scale. B. Maintenance Shop: On, or about, April 5, 2019, the ground pin was missing from the plug on the relocatable power tap that was used to energize a microwave oven, refrigerator and overhead light fixture.
