29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that employees did not leave the workplace wearing any protective clothing or equipment that was required to be worn during the work shift: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to lead hazards. The condition was most recently documented on February 28th, 2019, at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan KS. Employees engaged in paint removal activities in rooms 212 and 117 were exposed to lead hazards in that the employer did not ensure that contaminated PPE was removed before leaving the contaminated workplace.
