29 CFR 1910. 1200(e)(1): Employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each work place, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning: In the manufacturing area of the facility, the employer did not ensure that a written hazard communication program with all the required elements was available at the workplace for employee using chemicals containing Isocyanate, styrene and Benzene.
