29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1025: Lead Wave Solder Area and Touch Up Area; On or about 3/22/17, training in the requirements of 29 CFR Sec. 1910.1025 was not provided to employees working in the lead wave solder area and employees working in the touch-up area when they used lead solder and a solder iron the hand solder parts on circuit boards where the possibility of skin or eye irritation existed.
