29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one handrail and one stair rail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a)Command Center, Inc. at 132-136 S. Phillips Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to December 1, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that the east stairway allowing access to the Copper Lounge and Skelly's basements were equipped with an adequate stair rail system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 6 feet.
