29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, where employees in the NE corner of the Mill were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when cleaning sawdust near Motor Control Center without the energized parts being guarded against accidental contact. b. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, where employees in the Mill Area were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when operating an Angle Boring Machine without the energized parts being guarded against accidental contact. c. On or about September 20, 2016, and times prior thereto, where employees in the Mill Area were employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard when operating a WEMCO Boring Machine without the energized parts being guarded against accidental contact.
