29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage: a. On January 16, 2016, in department 1, the electrical cord on the back of machine number 2 is damaged revealing the inner insulation, exposing employees to an electrical hazard. b. On January 16, 2016, in department 2, the orange extension cord on machine number 19 is damaged revealing the inner insulation, exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
