29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. The employer did not ensure that guarding was provided to prevent employee contact with moving parts in the Dry Room and the Potato Receiving Area at: a. The hopper motor; b. The shaft on the corner of the inspection table; c. The surge inclines belts; d. Bin infeed roller conveyor- located outside in the potato receiving station.
