29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(ii): Assigned storage spaces for cylinders was not located away from elevators, stairs, or gangways where cylinders could not be knocked over or damaged by passing or falling objects, or subject to tampering by unauthorized persons: On or about May 20, 2015, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the argon cylinders had been moved to a location near the break room door and near a truck loading dock and had not been secured from falling because the employer had not installed a chain to secure the cylinders. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
