29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: Employees perform servicing and maintenance activities on equipment including, but not limited to the AU Unit (LO/TO-94-CS1); the Vessel (LO/TO-P004); the Vessel (LO/TO-94-V-1); and the Pump (LO/TO-AP-1) were exposed to hazards associated with the unexpected energizing or start-up of equipment in that periodic inspections of energy control procedures for equipment were not performed nor documented. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
