29 CFR 1910.119(o)(4): The employer did not promptly determine and document an appropriate response to each of the findings of the compliance audit, and document that deficiencies had been corrected: (a) On or about 2/6/15 - at 148 Moon Drive, Owens Cross Road, AL, the employer did not document an appropriate response to each of the findings and that the deficiencies had been corrected as identified in the APT Research, Inc. Safety Assessment conducted in September 2009. Recommendations, such as but not limited to, "7. Use expanding foam to fill in holes and gaps in the walls of all processing and mixing buildings, to include those around air ducts." and "14. For operations that are determined to be more sensitive or hazardous than the norm or that require the use of material that is highly reactive to static electricity, implement the use of wrist straps."
