29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix): Lamps for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lamp holder with a guard: On or about October 31, 2014, and at times prior thereto, on the production floor, the fluorescent lighting at operator workstations were not guarded against accidental contact or breakage, exposing employees to potential contact hazards in the following instances: a) At Station No. 25, the fluorescent lighting at the operator workstation was unguarded. b) At Station No. 57, the adjustable circular fluorescent lighting at the operator workstation was unguarded.
