29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location: (a) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about October 22, 2014 receptacles installed at Well House #1 were not designed for wet or damp locations. The receptacles were not GFCI protected and were not properly grounded. (b) At Lake Taneycomo Woods on or about November 21, 2014 a receptacle installed at Well House #2 was left uncovered in an area where water was present, and the receptacle was not GFCI protected. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
