29 CFR 1910.1027(k)(5): Shoveling, dry or wet sweeping and brushing were used where vacuuming or other methods that minimize the likelihood of cadmium becoming airborne had not be tried and/or had been found effective: At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to cadmium hazards as dry sweeping was taking place through the facility where vacuuming or other relevant methods could be used to minimize the likelihood of cadmium becoming airborne.
