29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(B): Control circuit devices, such as push buttons, selector switches, and interlocks, were used as the sole means for deenergizing circuits and equipment: a. Site- Employees removing light ballasts operating at 110 and 277 volts were not protected from electric shock and burns where selector switches were used as the sole means of deenergizing the circuits.
