29 CFR 1910.263(i)(7)(iii): Where hazard of getting caught exists a sufficient number of stop buttons shall be provided to enable quick stopping of the conveyor. On or about August 5th, 2024, employees engaged in production activities in the commercial bakery located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were employees operating along the red moline line were exposed to caught-in hazards in that none of the four E-stops located on the red moline line were operational preventing staff from stopping the production line in the event of an employee caught in the machine.
