29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about July 23, 2024, at the industrial oven adjacent to electrical breaker boxes of shop employees were working near an electrical box which had a power cord going into it that had its protective sleeve pulled down exposing internal wiring.
