29 CFR 1910.1027(f)(2)(ii)(G): The employer's written compliance program to reduce employee exposure to cadmium to or below the permissible exposure limit (PEL) did not include a written plan for emergency situations, as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1027(h): At 18594 Hwy KK in Boss, MO 65440 (Refinery) - On or about 27 March 2024, employees of The Buick Resource Recycling Facility (BRRF) DBA Doe Run were exposed to cadmium hazards as there was not a written plan for emergency situations, as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1027(h).
