29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iii): Internal parts of electrical equipment, including busbars, wiring terminals, insulators, and other surfaces, may not be damaged or contaminated by foreign materials such as paint, plaster, cleaners, abrasives, or corrosive residues. a) 1234 South Governors Avenue, Dover, DE 19904 (Paint Area): On or about June 23, 2022, paint operations were conducted in a room not designed for spray painting. Paint over spray was observed on non-intrinsically safe electrical components exposing employees to potential explosion, fire, or electrical shock hazards.
