29 CFR 1910.119(h)(2)(v): The employer did not periodically evaluate the performance of contract employers to ensure they are fulfilling their obligations as specified in 29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3). On or about 6/01/2022, contract employees were exposed to chemical hazards of ammonia when the employer did not periodically evaluate the performance of contract employers (Letsos Company and Express Freight Handlers) in meeting their responsibilities at the Restaurant Depot Distribution Center.
