29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee with occupational exposure participated in a training program: (a) DRY CLEANING-Employees who were exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when cleaning employee uniforms were not trained in accordance with the requirements of the standard, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures. (b) SECURITY- Employees who were exposed to blood and other potential infectious materials when interacting with casino patrons while providing first aid, breaking up fights and/or escorting patrons out of the facility, were not trained on the accordance with the requirements of the standard, exposing employees to hazards from improper handling and response to exposures.
