29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3): A certification record maintained of each inspection by the employer in the grain facility was not in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.272(1): Employees working in and/or near grain elevator were exposed to struck-by hazards, caught-in hazards, hazardous energies, fire and explosion hazards. The employer did not documented preventative maintenance activities per the company's or the manufacturer's preventative maintenance schedules policies for equipment such as, but not limited to: a) Rollers, Gearboxes, Chaincases, and, Bearing Systems; b) Bucket Elevator Legs (Leg Magnets, Alignment Monitors/Sensors, Bearing Monitors/Sensors); c) Belt Conveyer Systems; d) Heat Sensors System; e) Control Panels Sensor Systems, and; f) Dust collection Systems.
