On or about 12/3/14, an Adecco employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the assembly area. The employee is required to don an N95 respirator when buffing metal. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program. b). On or about 12/3/14, A Here's Help employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the paint/mold area. The employee is required to don a moldex N95 respirator when molding cases. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program. c). On or about 7/20/14, a Skydyne employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the dip tank area. The employee is required to don a 1/2/ mask respirator when adding acids/corrosives to the dip tanks. The employer did not implement a written respiratory protection program.
