29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Approved metal waste cans shall were not provided wherever rags or waste are impregnated with finishing material and all such rags or waste were not deposited therein immediately after use: a. On or about October 15, 2014, paint mix and storage trailer, tyvek protective suits worn during spraying of a mixture of 80W08 Unit Drilling White Enamel (flammable liquid) and 8030 Urethane Converter (flammable liquid) and paint cans were disposed of into plastic trash receptacles rather than metal trash receptacles.
