29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) Former Hotel Property at 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 - On or about December 20th, 2024, Concrete Construction Company did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program. Employees were exposed to asbestos, lead, and respirable crystalline silica while performing demolition activities of the former hotel property, without the benefit of a written hazard communication program. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
