29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vii):Unauthorized persons were allowed to ride on a powered industrial truck: a) Lot 79 Sophie Dr, Frankford, De 19945 (Northside): On or about November 8, 2021, the employer did not ensure that individuals working from an unapproved work platform on a Pettibone Rough Terrain Telescoping Forklift, Model 8044, were protected from fall hazards. An employee was observed riding and working from an unapproved work platform while engaged in residential construction activities at heights of approximately 12 to 15 feet above grade without any means of fall protection.
