29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 100 Middlesex Ave., Carteret, NJ - Warehouse Employees were not provided effective training on hazardous chemicals used daily in their work area. Employees and staffing agency employees engaged in warehousing activities operated powered industrial equipment fueled by propane and were not provide effective training in the handling, identification of hazards, how to read a safety data sheet, and the use of the chemical.
