29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a. 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - Maintenance Area The employer did not provide employees effective training on the hazards of the chemicals used on a daily basis. Employees engaged in automotive repair activities used chemicals that included, but were not limited to compressed oxygen, acetylene, Wurth-saBesto Low VOC Brake Cleaner, and other chemicals and were not provided effective training on the hazards of those chemicals. Violation occurred on or about November 20, 2019
